  • Does ACOYA has a COVID-19 policy?

    More information about RT-PCR tests & Rapid Antigen tests on the island can be asked at the front desk.

  • What time is Check-in?

    Check-in time is at 4:00 PM.

  • What time is Check-out?

    Check-out time is at 12:00 PM.

  • Is Reception open 24 hours?

    Our reception staff is available 24 hours from Monday to Sunday

  • Which languages are spoken at Reception?

    English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento.

  • Is there free Wi-Fi available?

    Yes, there is Free Wi-Fi in all areas.

  • How often do the shuttle buses go to the beach, city, and supermarket?

    The shuttle to the beach is at 9 am and pick up time is at 2 PM.


    The shuttle to the Supermarket is at 10:00 AM. And 4:00 PM.


    The shuttle to Punda (downtown) is at 9:15 AM and pickup is at 2:15 PM.

  • What is included at Madero Ocean Club?

    Beach chairs are included.

  • What are the opening times of the restaurants?

    Our Buffet Restaurant “The Kitchen” is open for breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Lunch is served from 11:00AM to 6:00PM. 

    Dinner is served from 6:30PM to 10:00PM. 

    Lunch and Dinner are served at La Lagoon Pool Bar & Restaurant.


    Our Lakeside Grill Restaurant is not operational till further notice.

  • Do I need to make a reservation for the A la Carte restaurant?

    You do not need a previous reservation, if you have a group or special celebration please contact the hotel in order to make the necessary arrangements.

  • Where can I book activities?

    All in house guests can contact the tour desk for information about on island activities and car rental.

  • How much is a transfer to the airport?

  • What is included in ACOYA Full Board Plan of the hotel?

    ACOYA Full Board plan includes breakfast - 2-Course lunch and 3-course dinner. On certain nights of the week we will have a themed night which replaces the 3-Course dinner. Drinks are not included. For more information please contact reservations@acoyacuracao.com

  • Do you have special packages for groups?

    Yes, you can contact our groups department at   henry@acoyacuracao.com


    We offer special packages for private celebrations, in-company meetings, with conference and banquet facilities.  We are able to learn what are the objectives of your meeting and/or celebration. We will be more than happy to assist and recommend what is suitable for your group.

  • If I rent a Car is there any parking fee at the hotel?

    There is easy accessible free parking.

  • What type of currency does the hotel accept?

    ACOYA Curacao is CASHLESS. We only accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card) and Debit Card (Maestro/Cirrus).

  • Can I request a rollaway bed in my room?

    ACOYA Curacao offers rollaway bed (upon availability & request) at an additional charge of USD35 per night including tax.

  • What is the voltage in the room?

    The voltage used is 220 volts throughout the property.

  • Which payment options are there on property?

    Our resort is a cashless property, which means that we do not accept cash payments on-site. We offer a variety of digital payment options for your convenience, including major debit and credit cards.


    We understand that some guests may prefer to use cash, but we believe that going cashless allows for a safer and more seamless guest experience. By eliminating the need for cash transactions, we reduce the risk of theft and minimize the time spent handling physical currency. This also enables our staff to focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
